1. General
The Website is intended to present hotels, rooms, services, packages, spa treatments, events, promotions, and other services offered as part of Seven Collection.
The Company may update the Website’s content, services, prices, promotions, and terms of use from time to time.
Images displayed on the Website are for illustrative purposes, and there may be differences between the images and the actual room, facility, or service.
2. Reservations
Reservations may be made through the Website and the online booking engine connected to it.
The booking system is operated through SimpleBooking and/or other technology service providers acting on behalf of the Company.
When making a reservation, guests are required to provide complete and accurate information, including their name, contact details, reservation details, and payment method. The guest is responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate.
A reservation shall be considered confirmed only after a booking confirmation has been received through the Website, booking engine, and/or by email.
3. Prices & Payment
Prices displayed on the Website shall be subject to the price and conditions presented at the time the reservation is made.
Prices, taxes, and other charges applicable to a reservation shall be determined in accordance with applicable law and the guest’s status.
In the event of any discrepancy between general information displayed on the Website and the price or conditions presented during the booking process, the booking conditions confirmed at the time of reservation shall apply, subject to applicable law.
The Company may offer promotions, packages, and special rates from time to time, which may be subject to specific terms and conditions.
4. Payment Methods
When making a reservation, guests may be required to provide credit card details or another form of payment.
Payment information is provided and processed through the booking engine, payment processing systems, and relevant payment service providers.
Completion of the transaction is subject to approval by the credit card company and/or payment provider.
5. Cancellation & Modification Policy
Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled check-in time stated in the reservation.
Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to the scheduled check-in will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
In the event of a No-Show, the guest will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Where special cancellation conditions apply to a particular promotion, package, or rate type, the conditions presented to and accepted by the guest at the time of booking shall apply, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in the Company’s cancellation policy shall limit or derogate from any cancellation rights granted to consumers under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981, or any other mandatory applicable law.
6. Cancellation of a Transaction
A request to cancel a reservation may be submitted through the methods permitted by applicable law and using the Company’s contact details.

7. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in and check-out times may vary between Seven Collection hotels and between different reservation types.
The relevant times for each reservation will be displayed on the Website, booking engine, and/or booking confirmation.
Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
8. Minors
Reservations through the Website may only be made by persons legally authorized to enter into a binding transaction.
Accommodation of minors without a parent or legal guardian is subject to the relevant hotel’s policy and applicable law.
9. Liability
The Company makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and up-to-date information on the Website. However, errors, technical issues, disruptions, or inaccuracies in content or service availability may occur from time to time.
The Company shall not be liable for damages resulting from circumstances beyond its control, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

All rights in the Website and its content, including the brand name, design, texts, photographs, videos, graphics, trademarks, and other content, belong to the Company and/or the relevant rights holders.
